We ship to all locations within the United States and some U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii. We are not responsible for anything that happens to the products ordered after it leaves our warehouse in the courier truck. The risk of loss for all products ordered pass to you when the products are delivered to the shipping carrier. We will gladly provide all the necessary information to our customers to file a claim with the courier if necessary as all products are shipped with insurance. All orders are shipped with tracking information and you should receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
