Sustainability

We use heart of palm stem bark as an organic fertilizer

Sustainability is just as important to us as is making the best gluten-free spaghetti noodles.

During our entire process from farming to packaging, minimizing waste remains a top priority. We recycle many byproducts of our processes such as water, stem bark and bio-fuel.

To start, the water is recycled from our factory for future use. While generating water vapor for our own plant, we use organic waste products from neighboring plants as fuel to ensure proper recycling of goods. Another way we decrease waste is by using the heart of palm stem bark as an organic fertilizer to soil nourished to ensure our crops are being maintained the best way possible!

ABOUT US

Since 1992, Julia's Farm has been a family-owned farm in the heart of the Ecuadorian rainforest. While over the years we may have evolved our processes and technology, quality has continually remained our top priority.

We are entirely committed to producing fairly and sustainable crops you can trust. This allows us to ensure we are keeping our rainforest and community around us clean and sustainably growing.
